Universal Declaration of Human Rights
No. (III) resolution 217A adopted and promulgated on December 10, the UN General Assembly in 1948
December 10, 1948, the UN General Assembly adopted and proclaimed the "Declaration of Human Rights." Preface
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity of all members of the human family and of the equal and inalienable rights, basic foundation of freedom, justice and peace,
Given the advent of disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and from fear and want the world, it has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people ,
Whereas it is essential if man is not forced to take the risk to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, human dignity and worth and equality rights in the Charter, and determined to promote social progress in larger freedom and living standards,
Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to cooperate with the United Nations to promote human rights and fundamental freedoms of universal respect for and observance,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms for the full realization of this pledge has great importance,
Now, therefore, The General Assembly, Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard for all peoples and all nations, and to every individual and every organ of society this Declaration constantly in mind, efforts to promote respect for the rights and freedoms by teaching and education, and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure these rights and freedoms of the people themselves and their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among Member States in their territories under the jurisdiction of the people;
Article
Human beings are born free in dignity and equal rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act in a spirit of brotherhood to be relative.
Article
Everyone is entitled to all the rights of any distinction and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
And shall not, different or international status of the country or the political administration of the territory of a person belongs and distinction, whether it be independent, trust territories, non-self-governing or under any circumstances other limitation of sovereignty .

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article VIII
Any person who by the constitution or the law granted him by the fundamental rights have been violated, is entitled by the competent national tribunals for violations to an effective remedy.
Article IX
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
Article X
Everyone is entitled in full equality by an independent and impartial tribunal fair and public hearing to determine his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
Article XI
(1) Everyone charged with a criminal who, without all the guarantees necessary for his defense proved guilty according to law in a public trial and before the right to be presumed innocent.
(Ii) any act or omission of any person, at the time of its occurrence under national or international law which did not constitute a criminal offense, shall be convicted of a criminal offense. Nor shall a heavier penalty in time of the offense the applicable legal provisions.
Article XII
Anyone's privacy, family, home or correspondence shall be arbitrarily interfere in his honor and reputation, nor to attacks. Everyone has the right to enjoy the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article XIII
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the territory.

2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of their nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.
Article XVI

Article XX
Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(Ii) Any person may be compelled to belong to an association.
Article XXI
Everyone has the right, directly or through freely chosen representatives in the government of his country.
Everyone has an equal opportunity to participate in the rights of their public service.
The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall in periodic and genuine elections performance, the election shall be by universal and equal suffrage and by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
Article 22
Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realize his personal dignity and the free development of personality rights necessary for economic, social and cultural aspects of such implementation through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with national organizations and resources.
Article 23
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to enjoy the guarantee against unemployment.
Everyone has the right to equal pay, without any discrimination.
Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, other means of social protection.
Everyone has the protection of his interests and to join trade unions.
Article 24
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay rights.
Article 25
Everyone has the right to maintain himself and his family's health and well-being of living, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services; in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or in when the loss of earning capacity can not be controlled under other circumstances, entitled to protection.
Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
Article 26
Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available. Higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations in maintaining peace.

Article 27
Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

Article 28
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order, in this order, the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
Article 29
